Coffee
Wow I drink too much coffee !! No wonder my teeth are so discoloured.
So this is the first thing that I am going to cut out. I used to drink a lot of Latte but gave those up about 6 months ago. However I can see that I still have the habit of drinking the stuff though in my defence it is mainly Decaf.

welcome home my darling stevie..what a lovely weekend we had! Now for the aftermath LOL We have to go on cutting the caloroes etc now to make up for all the damage we both did. /sigh
Ok tonights menu could be a stew.......make a large lot so you can eat it tomorrow too.
2 onions....4 carrots...1leek .....three large potatoes...bullion....bay leave and a herb bag....celery stalks 3 if possible and water. Half cup lentils and 1/3 barley (optional)
Cut up all the veg and fry gently until transparent. NOT brown. add bullion and herbs etc and water.........then cook for about 15 mins... then add the potatoes and cook for about 20 mins. It would be better if you could add some barley and lentils. For soup add a lot of water/for stew add only enough to just cover veg. If you do add lentils and barley put them in as soon as you add the water.
You DONT need bread with this because it already has enough in.

Lemmon juice in water is good.
Left overs.....your combinations of quick foods and leftovers doesn't balance a meal well. FRESH is best. More vitamins.
Coffe isn't good but decaf isn't good either. Still at work you have to drink something. Coffee DECAFE is ok maybe one cup a day. Variety is best. A cup of DECAF tea and decaf coffee is ok. Its the Tannin in the tea and coffee and red wine that makes your teeth yellow. DECAF is better for mayny reasons though its not good in itself because of the production using chemicals etc. Drink is a tough issue. Varoety is the key. Water, decaf tea, decaf coffee, and a SMALL amount of fruit jusice a day is the answer in a small glass or watered down. Orange juice and apple juice and all others have as much sugar as coke.
