Musili with Soya Milk, Glass of water, Multivitamin

Lunch
Tuna on brown bread, tomato and cucumber, portion of potato salad, little bit of coleslaw and some rice, Apple, Bottle of Water

Dinner
2 small portions of Cod, Potato, Onion (Portugese Jansens), 3 glasses of water, 2 Satsumas

Snacks
1 Coffee (Decaf), 6 oatcake biscuits with Benecol low fat cheese spread
