Susie and Fredrik over for a visit

Susie and Fredrik arrived just before the weekend to spend a few days with me here in Dublin. Went to Galway at the weekend with the intention of going around Connemarra but the tour company screwed up so we didn't get to go. Instead went to Athenry but that didn't work out so well either so came home. Saw a really good live band on Monday and went to the movies lastnight (Tuesday).

Tue 30th May

Breakfast
Musili with Soya milk, multivitamin, primrose, garlic, water

Lunch
Gnocci with mushrooms in white wine sause, half a mixed salad, glass of red wine, bread, water

Dinner
Sausage salad sandwich, Apple

Snacks
2 x Water, Tea, Diet Coke, Regular popcorn, few mixed sweets, Apple

Mon 29th May

Breaakfast
Musili with Soya milk and dried fruit, multivitamin, garlic, primrose, water

Lunch
Tuna on granary, tomato, lettuce, cucumber. Apple

Dinner
Buck wheat pancake with savoury filling, buck wheat pancake with strawberry and honey, water

Snacks
2 x Water, Nuts and Raisins, Tea, 2 x Toast, 2 x Diet Coke

Breakfast
Musili with Milk and Banana, 4 Slices Brown Bread, 2 Toast, 2 Fried Eggs, Mushrooms. Tomato, Tea, Satsuma

Lunch
Chicken Breast with Potatos, Cattots, Peas, Cauliflower, Strawberry and Rhubarb Crumble with Custard and Ice Cream, Bottle of Cider

Dinner
Turkey Sandwich with Coleslaw, Apple, Tea

Spagetti Pomodoro, Bread, Water, Half a side salad

Vegetable Curry, Pilau Rice, Half a Nan bread, Cobra Beer

3 Pints of Guiness, packet of fruit gums
