Spent St Patricks weekend in Stockholm with Susie and had a very relaxing time. One of the best things about the trip was wieghing myself and finding that I have reached 94.2 kilos. This is almost 6 kilos less than I was at Christmas which equates to almost a stone. Feel very happy with myself as this is also the wieght I was told I needed to be by Bupa last year. Going to try and get below 90 kilos so have someway to go yet but its a great start.
