Skiing In Sweden

Spent the weekend skiing at a Swedish ski resort north of Stockholm called Romme Alpine. Was good fun though I am a complete novice. My knee is a bit better and good news was that Susie bought me some thermal knee pads so hopefully I will be able to resume cycling next weekend depending on the weather

Good news is that when I wieghed myself I was down to 96.5kg

Quorn filet, Potato, Carrots, French Beans, Sweat Peas, Peas, Gravy, Soya Yoghurt

2 Oranges, 4 Plums, Soya Yoghurt

3 Coffee (Decaf), Nuts, 6 Otacake biscuits

10th Feb

Chicken on Granary with lettuce tomato and coleslaw, 6 plums

No Cycling this weekend

Due to a Knee Injury I picked up over the last 2 weekends of cycling I decided that I would rest this weekend and take it easy. Would have hated to aggrovate it and with me going skiing next weekend I didn't want to risk it
