2 pieces of Susies Bread with honey, glass of water, multivitamin, evening primrose

Tuna on brown with tomato and cucumber, 6 plums

Dinner
Chicken in a mustard and mayo sauce with Rice, 3 glasses of water, 1 satsuma

Snacks
1 Tea, Nuts, 1 Sesame snap

Lunch
Tuna on brown bread, tomato and cucumber, portion of potato salad, little bit of coleslaw and some rice, Apple, Bottle of Water

2 small portions of Cod, Potato, Onion (Portugese Jansens), 3 glasses of water, 2 Satsumas

1 Coffee (Decaf), 6 oatcake biscuits with Benecol low fat cheese spread

Chicken with mushrooms, rice, birthday cake, ruccola salad, pinenuts, 2 glasses of wine
