Breakfast
Musili with low fat milk (ran out of Soya)

Lunch
Tuna on a brown roll with tomato and cucumber, Apple

Dinner
Finely chopped sprouts, beans, carrots, onions done in marg with new potatos, veggi burgers and peas, soya voghurt

Snacks
4 bottles of water, 1 Tea, 2 Coffee (decaf), apricots, nuts, small portion of rice pudding

A bad weekend

The weekend of Jan 14/15 was a bad weekend. It started well with me going for a 90km bike ride and I kept away from the sugary energy drinks and kept to water and bananas. However the dinner party on Saturday wasn't good. The food was rich and the following day there were too many things left over to tempt me. I ended up eating some quality street sweats and trying some cheese all of which was definitely not on the diet. I don't think I did it terribly to excess but my lack of self control is a worry. Also I had more wine on Saturday night than I was planning on having so again I am questioning my resolve. I know I shouldn't be too hard on myself but its this lack of accountability to myself that I must address.

Breakfast

Potato, Onions, Tomato stew

Dinner
Potato, Onions, Tomato stew

Snacks
4 bottles of water, 2 Coffee (decaf), 2 handfuls of quality street, Apricots, nuts, 2 packets of oat meal biscuits, couple of teaspoons of portugese soft cheese. Multivitamin

Jan 14th

Breakfast
Musili with Soya Milk, Glass of water, multivitamin

Lunch
Leek and Potato soup, Bread, Salad, 2 Veggie burgers with cheese and tomato

Dinner
Salted Cod, Potato, Onions, Cream (traditional Portugese dish very similiar to Janssons). Salad, Slice of Vianetta icecream, 3 glasses of red wine

Snacks
2 Tea, 2 Toast and marmalade, 2 Bananas, 4 bottles of water, Nuts

Breakfast
Musili with Soya Milk, Glass of water, Multivitamin

Lunch
Tuna on Brown with Cucumber and Tomato, Apple

Dinner
Mixed leaf salad, Tomato, Bread, Humus

Snacks
4 Bottles of water, 1 Tea, 1 Coffee (decaf), Apricots, Handful of nuts

Jan 12th

Breakfast
Musili with Soya Milk, Glass of Water, Multivitamin

Lunch
Tuna on wholegrain with tomato, cucumber and sweetcorn, Apple

Dinner
Quorn Fillet, Brocoli, Mangetout, French Beans, Sprouts, New Potatoes, Gravy, Benecol Yoghurt

Snacks
3 Bottles of Water, Tea, Herb Tea, 2 Coffee (decaf), Little bottle of Brandy, Benecol Yoghurt, Apricots, Nuts

Jan 11th

Breakfast
Musili with soya milk, Glass of water, Multivitamin

Lunch
Tuna on wholegrain with tomato and cucumber, Apple

Dinner
Trout with boiled potatoe and vegetables (brocoli, carrots, cauliflower)

Snacks
4 Bottles of water, 1 tea, 1 coffee (decaf), 2 Pints of Guiness

Breakfast
Musili with Soya Milk, Glass of Water. Multivitamin

Lunch
Tuna sandwich on brown bread with cucumber and tomato, Apple

Dinner
Brown Pasta with the last of the lentils

Snacks
4 Bottles of Water, 1 Tea, 1 Coffee (decaf), Slice of Christmas Cake, Small Bottle of Brandy (from the trip to Prague), Small bag of mixed nuts and raisins

Tuna on Granary with sweetcorn and read onion, Apple

Dinner
Brown Pasta, Lentils (remains of yesterdays) with tomato, Glass of Red Wine

Snacks
3 Bottles of Water, Apple, Tea, Coffee (decaf), Glass of Red Wine, Apricots, Walnuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts

Jan 8th

Breakfast

Salmon, New Potatoes, Brocilli, Mangetout with a tomato and onion sauce

Lentil Soup, Soda bread

2 Bottles of water, 2 Coffee(decaf), Handful of nuts, Apricots
