3 Bottles of Water, Handfull of Almonds, 3 Dried Apricots, 6 oatcake biscuits

Breakfast

Tuna Sandwich (Brown), Sweetcord, Onion, Apple

Dinner
Mushroom Risotto, Peas, Onion, 3 Veggie Sausages

4 Coffee (3 Decaf), 3 Bottles of Water, 6 oatcakes, 3 chunks of Toblerone, 6 caramel sweets

Cheese Sandwich (white), Packet of Crisps, Bottle of Water

Wow I drink too much coffee !! No wonder my teeth are so discoloured.

So this is the first thing that I am going to cut out. I used to drink a lot of Latte but gave those up about 6 months ago. However I can see that I still have the habit of drinking the stuff though in my defence it is mainly Decaf.

In The Beginning

Me

Arriving back in Stockholm and standing on the scales was somewhat of a surprise as I thought I had not only lost weight but was keeping it off. Sad to see that I was in fact back to square one again weighing the same as I did last year when I got back from Kuwait. I am currently 6-7 Kg over my ideal weight of about 93 Kg so this year I am making a renewed effort to keep the weight off. I am keeping an HONEST food diary so I can see exactly what I am eating and be truthful to myself and also give primarily my wife a chance to point out my failings

So here goes, lets hope that I reach my goal
